Hi I’m Karen, I came on board as part of the team in January 2019. My role here is the receptionist.

I come from a teaching & educational background where I identified a need for students to be developing life skills alongside their study. This evolved into an Enrichment role, encouraging them to be the best they can be and then into a Wellbeing and Safeguarding role.

Seeing the ladies develop as individuals and watch their confidence grow weekly is an incredible part of my job.
