Women’s Community Matters offers women specific services with care, compassion, kindness and love. We are based in Barrow-in-Furness and offer services to women and girls aged 14 and over, and young men aged 13-16 years, in the Barrow and wider Furness area.

We are looking to recruit a kind and compassionate woman to join our team as the
Building Better Opportunities Getting Cumbria to Work Project Worker.
This post is fully funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth programme in England.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st September 2020.

The post involves working with young vulnerable women and their families alongside other members of the team and other partner agencies.

Closing date for all applications: 9am on Monday 9th September 219
Interview date: Friday 13th September 2019
Anticipated start date: 1st October 2019
